Ingredients


Makes: 2 1/2 cups
  • 1 can (19 oz /540 ml) beans (black kidney, white kidney or pinto), drained and rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml)
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lime or lemon juice
  • 1 C (250 ml) cold water

Preparation


 
  • Blend all ingredients in food processor. Let stand for 1 hour before serving to allow flavours to develop.

Tip


 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with taco chips.
